研究方向
- (1)小麦多维基因组学解析与重要农艺性状基因发掘:从群体基因组学、表观基因组学、转录组学等方面解析小麦超大复杂基因组的演化与驯化过程,并通过多组学关联分析等手段发掘重要农艺性状关联基因。
- (2)小麦多倍体优势的组学和分子调控基础解析:解析六倍体小麦多倍体优势形成的组学和分子机制,发掘关键的多倍体优势基因。
- (3)小麦研究共性技术研发:开发小麦研究中的共性技术,包括组学和芯片技术研发、快速育种技术优化、转基因体系优化和合成生物学技术研发等。
