研究方向
- 大豆分子遗传学。主要通过定位克隆控制大豆重要农艺性状的基因并深入研究基因的功能，解析大豆重要性状形成的分子机制，为大豆功能基因组学研究及分子育种奠定基础。同时，构建大豆等位基因发掘、功能标记开发、基因型鉴定技术平台，结合大豆种质资源的表型鉴定，阐明不同等位基因的功能以及功能标记的选择效率，将丰富的大豆种质资源转化为基因资源加以利用。
- 近年来先后主持国家自然科学基金、院所优秀青年项目、转基因专项等课题。在植物耐逆、生长发育等重要性状基因的精细定位、图位克隆、功能基因分子标记开发以及种质资源鉴定等方面取得一定成果。先后在Plant Cell, Plant J, Front Plant Sci, Theor Appl Genet等期刊上以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文10余篇，获得专利9项。
